Yu-Tien Chao; Master of Science

Yu-Tien Chao began his career in the construction industry in 1986 and jump-started C.W. Crosser Construction in 2001. At C.W. Crosser, Chao personally handles all daily project management duties and serves as the chief estimator for project bids.

Chung-Yuan Wen; PhD, PE of CA

A registered professional engineer in California with over 20 years of experience, Chung Wen received her Ph.D. in civil and structural engineering. Her extensive knowledge in site improvement, structural design, seismic retrofit, base isolation, and structural analysis modeling serves in C.W. Crosser's engineering arena.

Khoi Huynh; Assistant Project Manager

Khoi Huynh graduated from SDSU with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. He is a member of Chi Epsilon and ASCE and holds extensive knowledge in AutoCAD and Primavera Suretrak. Being familiar with government submittals and project details, he closely follows company movement and ensures C.W. Crosser's smooth delivery of each project.

Anthony Smaldone; Project Engineer

Graduated from UCR in 2008 with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Anthony is proficient in AutoCAd, MicroStation, and design build. He provides service in project bids, company solicitations, and project management and ensures C.W. Crosser satisfies custumer requests and inquiries.

Desmond Wong; Project Engineer

Graduating cum laude from the UCR in Mechanical Engineering at the top of his class, Desmond Wong provides engineering and mathematical support and completes detailed quantity takeoffs as well as thorough survey data.

Hai (Henry) Pham; Engineer

Henry graduated from SFSU with his Bachelors in Electronic Engineering and provides extensive knowledge in electricals works and computer specifications. Previously a project engineer for over 16 years in McDonnell Douglas and Rockwell Int, Henry is responsible for C.W. Crosser's technologies management and project Quality Control Systems (QCS).

Paul Mundell; Project Superintendent

With over 30 years of experience in the industry as a superintendent, operator, heavy equipment mechanic, and crane operator, Paul Mundell is certified in heavy duty repair, wielding, tower-crane operations, and air conditioning technician.

Tim Farrell; Project Superintendent

Tim Farrell joined the construction industy in 1976 and became a California General Building Contractor in 1989.

Sean O'Mahoney; Project Superintendent

Sean O'Mahoney has over 9 years of experience in carpetry, grade-checking, heavy euipment operating, staircase framing, and home development.
